Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Management, Risk, and Safeguarding Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing our projects' effectiveness in conflict areas. The specialist will be responsible for managing projects, assessing risks, and ensuring safeguarding practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Project Management or Risk Management.
- Proven project management experience in conflict areas.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation.
- Familiarity with safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity for working in diverse settings.
- Dedication to local empowerment and humanitarian work.
