Responsible to Programme Director – on establishing Woman Survey Group Programme Officer – on Project / M&E related tasks

  • ● Develop the programme internally with recommendations and implementation
  • ● ‘Bundle up’ concept notes on top priorities on local needs
  • ● Conduct Interviews and write copy as well as recommendations for programme development
  • ● Manage project logistics and coordination internally (monitor and be por active on SLACK) and with partner

    • organisations

  • ● Quality control and develop the capacity of the team
  • ● Support with tasks as necessary

    • Community Building

  • ● Build & maintain strategic relationships with community members & partners, support with the needs and

    • development of the community

  • ● Contributing to the team’s on-going literature reviews on topics pertinent to the organization’s key messages,

    • including but not limited to refugee issues, child protection, gender, etc.

  • ● Find and validate social impact projects
  • ● Overcommunicate

    • Monitoring and Evaluation

  • ● Manage M&E team, all data collection, management, analysis, and learning activities to ensure accountability for

    • programmes and projects.

  • ● Ensure M&E- gather daily & weekly quantitative data, and monthly qualitative data including the’ Most Significant

    • Change Technique’

  • ● Set up and chair weekly meetings and manage programme schedules
  • ● Qualitative data collection and analysis. Duties include conducting and transcribing interviews, obtaining

    • translation assistance (when necessary), organizing the storage and labelling of text, audio, video/photographic

    information.

  • ● Provide monthly summary on the above
  • ● Donor reports as per schedule

    • Tech Development

  • Liaise between teach team and programme on testing and feasibility of tools
  • Give recommendations and user stories
  • Encourage network to use new technologies
