RealtimeAid’ is a powershift from international to local. We bring laugher, music, sports and play to conflict zones, furthermore we support social initiatives to get rid of paperwork, to create trust and visibility. We give needs based support hands on and through tech.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Coordinator, who can support RealtimeAid’s grow its impact on its projects which are aligned towards localisation. This role requires an organised person with a high level of detail. It’s worth noting that we are part of a hybrid organisation together with FrontlineAid (the tech arm) and that we are mainly working remotely. Along with administering employee-benefit programs (mainly consultancy), the Accounts Coordinator role involves: -       You will coordinate and keep oversight of all due diligence of payees / vendors (including procurement procedures) and make transactions -       Communicate with German Tax Advisor / Authorities / Banks and Management to answering queries -       Coordinate with finance team as required and pre empty any – plan for any milestones/ deadlines -       Input data into proprietary financial tools, provide any supporting materials for reporting purposes a.i. donor reports, governments, audits
Education, Qualifications, Competences, Skills Required: Essential:       Hands on, motivated and full of ideas / Hands off, still motivated but strategic on implementing ideas       Highly detail oriented       Excellent writing and editing skills: English / German (fluent) / strong presentation and communication skills       Experience with Bookkeeping and dealing with German Tax Authorities Preferred:       Minimum of 2 Years of professional experience in a similar position       Understanding of the Middle East context       Experience of working in multi-cultural teams       Experience in establishing workflows and guidelines
